I have never had a so called professional yell at me and speak to me in such an aggressive manner. Ballad Health needs training on how to deal with new technology instead of leaving their employees uneducated on things such as brain stimulators, as they would not treat me due to their lack of education on such technologies. I am at a loss for words on how I was spoke to and treated today at the diagnostic center. It's sad at the lack of knowledge these people had today.
