"I went to the Hoag wound care to treat a laceration on my leg. My first appointment went well but at the follow-up appointment there was a mixup and I showed up an hour late for my appointment with Dr. Lindsay. I was told that he was fully booked for the rest of the day and I wouldn't be able to see him until next Tuesday - a week from now. I asked to see another doctor at Wound Care later this week but was told that I could ONLY see Dr. Lindsay - no other doctor at wound care. I said I couldn't wait a week and was told that I should go to Urgent Care. Unreasonable that I was told that I should go to another practice because the policy was that I couldn't see a different doctor in this clinic even though there was availability."
