I visited this clinic and was charged up front for an amount that I knew at the time was way too much considering part of the cost would be paid by insurance. Several months later I was checking my insurance payment information and, sure enough, I had indeed been overcharged by over a hundred dollars. I contacted the clinic and they admitted I had been overcharged. I asked why they had not issued me a credit since they knew months ago after insurance paid part of the claim that I was due a credit. They indicated that they never issue a credit unless and until the patient calls in to complain that they have been overcharged! I suggest avoiding this clinic. If you do go to this clinic you WILL be overcharged and you WILL NEVER EVER get a refund for the amount you are overcharged UNLESS you call in to ask for a refund. This is a horrible business practice and hopefully they will be audited so this deceitful business practice will be uncovered and penalized.
