Houston Methodist Primary Care Group

Medical assistant caused me an injury. The office lead and manager have ignored my complaint. They do not allow me to speak to their supervisor. And no one followed up with me after the incident or have offered solutions to solve this unfortunate incident. I would not recommend this particular location. Their staff is poorly trained and the administration of the office is poorly run. It’s a shame they are called Methodist primary care physicians. They absolutely have no ethics or professionalism. Beware.
