Do not have your loved one placed in this place. They will keep them sedated and inform the insurance. They are unable to do anything/weak. They violate HIPPA , placing the patient in the bathroom with the DOOR WIDE open, while the roommate can see the patient in the bathroom. I have left voice messages. Still waiting on a return call. They do not listen to the patient, when the patient states I want to go home and family members what the patient release. they want to milk the max of the Insurance. But when the patient, say I do not want to do PT today. they leave the patient without encouraging them to do PT. This place is not for your loved ones. Now if you are a person, who do not care about your loved ones, go for it. But if you are a person, who love and want the best for your loved ones. DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE IS WORST THE HELL.
