09/2023 - Very negative experience. I will not be returning again. Must have been a change in ownership / management. I was yelled at by the "office manager" for neglecting my bill. I was approved for a cleaning through my dental insurance. 6 months later I get a $175 bill for the cleaning. I called the office to sort things out. I never received a call or emailed statement prior to my call. The office manager called me a week after my call and was extremely rude and hostile. She claimed SHE KNOWS I've opened my bills. All emails received were promotional emails except the one received a few days prior to the office manager call and AFTER I called them and asked what was going on. Why would they approve me to be seen if my insurance did not cover that service? That should have been something I was informed of PRIOR TO BEING SEEN. I've never experienced such poor service from a manager before. Had she been respectful and professional this matter wouldnt be such a big deal. Instead she… made threats and accusations. She kept saying ARE YOU GOING TO PAY THIS OR SHOULD I SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS??? like are you kidding me? I've just NOW been informed that this service isn't covered under my dental insurance yet the front desk claimed it was prior to receiving the cleaning. Not sure who this "office manager" is but I used to love this dentist office prior.
