Insight Eye Care

I purchased my frame from insight 1 year ago and waited for my eye apt to have new lenses put into frame. When I left the frame for work they kept my glasses case and when I picked my new glasses up w new prescription my case wasn't there. They told me they never keep them so I said I would look for the case and do u have a case so I can get my new glasses home safely. Her reply was I bought my glasses a year ago and she had one she would sell me for 5 dollars something. I had just spent 387.00 dollars and my company the other half, so I had no choice but to buy a case. I went home and looked in the 3 places the case would be and found nothing and called back to say I don't have the case the glasses came in. She once again told me they don't keep the Cass and it's not in their possession. I lov Dr Nelson and think when I see him again I better get a paper copy of my prescription and go elsewhere. Very poor customer service skills.
