This office is only concerned with checking off their medicare required appointments and does not have any care or concern for the patients actual health. I brought up concerns about my mother’s health and was dismissed and the nurse practitioner who never once touched my mother or checked anything. I have been repeatedly concerned about my mother’s lack of treatment and decline in health. They were quick to make sure that she made her next medicare follow up appoint ment though. They just want their medicare reimbursement and not interested in self-pay!
