Two years, no problems. Now, a problem. My co-pay for this year is $10.00. In May, I told them I had a new plan, gave them my card and was charged $10.00. In November, as they had not entered my plan info from May visit, they said I owed $0, which was 2023 plan. Told them I owed $10.00. Then, a certain person there decided I owed $40.00. I said $10.00. Getting frustrated and a bit angry, I paid the $40.00. Next year, it actually will be $40.00 but it's $10.00 for 2024. Still no refund. Essentially, they robbed me of $30.00. I have to find a new dermatologist as I will not go to an office or any other place that does this. If you have a new plan, make sure they upload your new info.
