Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute - Frederick

The worst, the most ridiculous and craziest office I have been to. I took my daughter there after two months waiting and while waiting in the office she was told to keep her mask properly. Now she was keeping her mask on and for one second she was holding it on her mouth the “manager “ came out of nowhere telling her to put her mask properly……that is just insane. While in the room I could not breathe and held my mask a little high and the girl whoever her title was it’s hard to know from just a red scrub could be their janitor in my opinion, she yelled at me that I needed to step out and she would call the manager. I told the manager that you ask all those screening questions and then treat people as they carry some kind of plague… I took my daughter and left that nut place. These people are disgustingly rude and unethical. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Shame on you for calling yourself patient care!
