Jwm Neurology

JWM was recommended to me. I looked at all of the reviews, at all locations. None were good. People didn't get phone calls returned or prescriptions refilled or weren't able to see the actual doctor. I expressed this to my primary and she thought I should still give it a try. Dr. Frazer in Carmel was nice and gave the feeling that she knew what she was talking about. When I told her how bad the reviews were for all locations, she said that their phone system was horrible and calls and messages did not get through. She suggested that I use the portal to contact her so she could get back to me right away. She wanted me to try a medication for my neck pain and come back for a follow up. Then I found out that she is only works 1 day a week and therefor I couldn't get in for 3 months. The instructions that she wrote down were not clear. When I wrote her through the portal with questions it took a week for her assistant to get back to me and she did NOT answer my questions. This nonsense has… delayed my treatment. So I wrote again and then again. Then after waiting 2 weeks I decided to write a review to tell everyone to steer clear of JWM. Most likely, any location. This is supposed to be a medical facility.
