Kane Hall Barry Neurology

I made an appointment about 3 months ago at this facility. I was scheduled for 2 additional appointments and spent thousands of dollars on tests ordered by the doctor before he would share any results about the exams and MRIs ordered after my first appointment. The doctor ordered several MRIs, blood work, and requested I dropped off previous MRI files I had in my possession at my first appointment, but never followed up with any findings. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I called the office several times to get an update, and never heard a response. On my last call to the office, the doctor spoke to me, and discredited me, saying that I had never called, instead of apologizing for his lack of accountability of following up with a worried patient. Almost immediately after I shared my frustration and said I would provide reviews about my experience, I was called by the office to reschedule a follow-up appointment. Apparently, there were no openings for the next few… months. I guess this was their way of getting rid of a patient who called them out for a lack of follow-up and disrespect despite their downfalls. I would not recommend this office to anyone!
