I have been suffering from a chronic cough for the past month.I called and scheduled an appointment for the following week to see Dr Shuman.The day before the appointment, I receive a phone call stating I need to reschedule my appointment because the doctor will not be in.I reschedule for the following week to see Dr Shuman. The day before the appointment I receive another call stating the Doctor will not be in and need to reschedule again.I called and informed them I did not want to reschedule an appointment just to be cancelled again for the 3rd week in a row. I was done with Dr Shuman and Keck Medical Group. As the saying goes 'Fool me once, Fool me twice'.
