Legacy Er And Urgent Care

My 91 year old mother went to Legacy ER in North Richland Hills clinic after 2 positive Covid tests. They tested her & said she was negative for Covid. Sent her home with no prescriptions and told her to take cough syrup and Tylenol. Scheduled another doctors appointment for the same afternoon. After the 3rd positive Covid test of the day, we finally received medications. I called to complain and they were rude. The doctor that returned the call admitted that the treating doctor didn’t handle it correctly. He said that if he had seen her and she had two positive test he would have assumed she had Covid. This comment was followed by his response that she did not ask for medication. They will not reimburse her for her charged fees. I will never recommend this clinic or their staff.
