Liberty Pacific Advanced Imaging

I had a sonogram done. It took far too long because they had an "intern" doing it without notifying me and she was clearly not fully trained. Her supervisor said this is a "training facility," but they didn't tell anyone because no on would want to use them if they did! Then, I tried to book an appointment for an MRI and the woman I spoke with (the website is dysfunctional) asked me about 20 questions before saying she couldn't find my authorization and so needed me to photograph it via a texted link, because she couldn't cross-reference it via the Authorization Number I kept offering to give her. Then, after I had photographed the document, she said she couldn't see it because there was a problem with their system. She said she needed to look into it and would call me back in ten minutes. She did not. This is incompetence and dysfunction on a MASSIVE scale. AVOID!!!
