Dr. Desai is such a great man and wonderful doctor. His office staff however, has seriously declined in their ability to perform basic tasks, handle patient paperwork and most importantly treat people in a respectful manner. After coming to this office for 30 (myself) to all 3 of my children, sadly we had to move on to a new doctor. One particular woman who texted my personal cell phone about a financial amount due when we have insurance which they failed to update again in their system, was so unbelievably rude, inappropriate, unethical and odd during this exchange that bordered on privacy concerns, should be fired. The exchanges should be posted, but out of respect for Dr. Desai I won't do that. He's worked his entire life to build this practice and good community standing to then have a few select nasty individuals put it in jeopardy. Sad. I'm sure there will be some snarky response to this comment which would further prove my point.
