Lone Star Eye Care

Brought my 83 year old grandmother to an appt scheduled for 2:15. We arrived at 1:40. She sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. After being put in a room she sat for an additional hour before being helped. This place knowingly over books. The front desk is disrespectful and not helpful. While this is not the 1st time this has happened it is certainly the worst. This is unacceptable and a practice that clearly cares more about money and numbers than their patients. We will be looking to go elsewhere.
