Loving Family Dental

I love Dr. Keller and I love the dental hygienist there. However, you have to get through the front desk and the front office. I had a couple small issues with them and then this big issue I was given a plan. All financials were laid out for me. Made all my appointments for my cleaning and my crown. Upon checkout, they said that I owe 700+ dollars which is completely different than the financial plan they gave me which said I would owe $42 total. The manner in which this all was handled is not only cold & unprofessional but I was aghast at the lack of responsibility for their mistakes. I canceled all appointments and asked for my records to find another office. Update: After sending them a Signed Release of Records for my new Dentist…Loving Family insists to my new dentist that they do not have the document even tho I can show proof they got it…twice! So UNorganized and unapologetic.
