Luminous Dermatology

This place is absolutely Horrible !! They Cant seem to keep there dermatologist for much longer than a year, because of this I have had to change dermatologist several times and the dermatologist have been great. I keep having to rescheduling appointments with them because they keep cancelling the day of or a day before on me. Meanwhile If you cancel the day of your appointment with them they will charge you $30 bucks. I have asked to speak with a manager and was told one would get in contact with me and I have heard nothing. Luminous isn't very cheap so you naturally would expect a higher level of service. I wish this company valued its patients and cared about customer service. I have hung around for long enough to see that this is not just a moment. Unfortunately I have to find someone new. My suggestion to the folks our there searching for a dermatologist is to keep looking, don't waste your time with this place !
