Magnolia Medical Clinic

The most unprofessional and ridiculous doctor's office I have ever been to! A total waste of my time. I booked an appointment with Magnolia medical clinic which was an hour away from my home because they were in network with my insurance, and they were the only ones to have a late appointment of 5:40PM which was perfect for me due. I submitted my insurance during the time that I booked the appointment, and no one called me to confirm my insurance or to advise me to change my PCP. Once I got there, they refused to see me unless I change my PCP and I would have to wait a month before coming back. I took off work and drove an hour for something they could've checked on prior and called me to avoid wasting time. Instead, they advised me that this is how they do it in their clinic and they wait until the time of check-in to confirm. They waited until the last minute unlike any other doctor's office, they were unfriendly and careless.
