Former patient. I stopped visiting them a year ago. The main reason is the place has poorly run office management. I have more than once now, had my card charged for the services of another unrelated patient. I haven't even been a patient for over a year and just had my card charged again for someone else's services. It's unacceptable for this to be happening anywhere. This a medical facility that falls under compliance policies. My card should have been removed from the system when I stopped being a patient, but at the very least should have been removed as asked after the first time this happened. Honestly it shouldn't be stored in the first place, payment should be asked for at time of service. This happening once can be consideres a mistake, more than once is just negligence and irresponsible handling of sensitive information.
