Marchawala Shefali Office

Dr. Marchawala submitted a bill to my insurance for services that were never provided. She received the payment and indicated that she would issue a refund. However, two years have passed, and I have yet to receive the refund. Consequently, I am now required to pay out of pocket for the service. She asserted that my children had no cavities, but it has come to my attention that they actually did, and she seemingly did not identify any! I strongly advise against giving this office any of your money!!!!!
