I would give this office a zero rating if I could. I made an appt for my son weeks before, spoke to girl at the front office about our insurance coverage, using private insurance and Medi-Cal, for 4 wisdom teeth extractions. Provided all the insurance information and my son's information. The girl confidently spoke about Denti-Cal paying fully for the extractions, which requires anesthesia. I even completed the new patient forms online days prior to arrival. On the day of the appt, my son and I arrived to the office to have the two girls at the front office tell me they do not accept our insurance and the extractions would not be covered. The girls showed NO empathy for the situation and with attitude, rudely told me that the only option I had was to pay cash. As if I would trust this dental office after I've received such poor customer service. What a waste of my time, my son's time, driving 25 min to this office to be told our insurance could not be used there. And the weeks wasted… and now to have to start all over again looking for another oral surgeon. This office has complete disrespect for their clients! Clearly they should have called me to let me know of the insurance coverage situation prior to my son's appointment. Do not come here. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone.

This dentist office needs to be investigated for fraud!!! My 4 year old grandson received excessive treatment at her practice. My grandson went in to have one tooth looked at and come out with a mouth full of silver caps. 7 caps in total on a 4 year old!! They also capped the 2 front teeth and left them uneven, discolored and crooked. My daughter was not given an option the have the white caps instead of silver. They shoved a treatment notice in her face and coldly told her 'This is the treatment'. They did not bother to explain the treatment. Never even went over the x-rays and explain WHY he needed the treatment. They used pressure on my daughter because my grandson was under anesthesia for Xrays and that they had to get the treatment done as soon as possible. This left my daughter distraught and scared. They should have fully transparent in the treatment up front. My daughter called the office to express her concern and dissatisfaction and was made an appointment a couple days… later. The dentist did not bother to put my grandson in the chair and have a look a the sloppy job she did. She didn't even acknowledge his presence. After my daughter explained exactly why she was not happy. They asked her to leave. They refuse to validate her concern and correct what they did wrong. INSTEAD...they call the police on her!!!!! They told they would not discuss any further treatment until the police arrive. SOOO if you voice any concern or have issue with their service, expect to have the police called on you!!! Now my grandson has to go under again and experience more pain and discomfort because the so-called dentist cannot do the job right the first time. There are many reviews on Yelp where this practice has attempted to over service to get money from the parents of children. One father even explained he had Child Protective Services called on him because HE refused the excessive treatment that they recommended. This practice to using children to line their pockets. Ms. Rashedi was harsh and cold and would not even attempt to rectify the concern and correct my grandson's misaligned teeth. They flat out refused. This is inexcusable behavior from a health care provider. This conduct and behavior from this office is atrocious. This is only the start of my complaint. The California Board of Dentistry is NEXT!!!
