My father needed a catheter change because his other urologist retired, and we were very pleased with how Dr. Mark gently changed it. Dr. Mark called us the next day to see how my father was doing, and we followed up in the office a week later, as advised. The office staff was efficient and friendly. Overall, a very positive experience, and I've recommended Dr. Mark to many of my friends. They were also very pleased.
