Office is fine and service was fine. However I’m giving this place one star because of dishonest billing. I came in with for a visit and paid the co-pay. Dr. was great. Fast forward a few weeks I get a bill to pay for additional services rendered during the visit. During my appointment no one said that there would be additional services rendered or that there would additional charges. The only potential additional charge that was outlined in the paper work I filled out were a situation where my insurance did not cover the visit. There was no discussion or paperwork that indicated there could be or would be anything else added during that visit. Called billing and they said “I’m sorry you feel that way.” One star billing department.
