This was one of the most useless and insulting doctor visits I’ve ever had. I went in on a walk-in basis hoping to establish care with a new PCP in this group and needed help with basic concerns, including low sodium and a possible ear infection. He was shockingly condescending from the start, completely dismissive, and offered no meaningful help. He did not even bother to look in my ear. I left with no answers, no care plan, and the strong impression that he had no interest in actually helping me. A total waste of time, and frankly, someone in leadership should take a serious look at how this doctor treats patients.
