May Street Surgi Center

I had some testing done here and everyone from the nurses, to the anesthesiologist and of course my doctor were wonderful.

My first time here and everyone was great from start to finish! From the Reception area, to the nurse walking me out! Dr. Goldberg was great and always making you feel at ease. The nurses were fantastic and anesthesiologist too. I would recommend this place to my family and friends!

Arrived on time and paperwork was processed in a timely manner. The staff from start to finish was excellent. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. This is not my first time here at May St. and my other experiences were very good as well. Thank you to Dr. Hodes and Nursing staff for your professionalism.

The nurse was so good surgery when well is was a great staff.

Visit was good. This was my first time to the surgical center my second time with this gastroenterologist. The prep was actually worse than the procedure. I did have to wait almost 3 hours after getting there because one of my primary care, doctors did not send a clearance but the staff was so understanding and did not want me to leave because they knew that I would have to do that prep again they finally got the clearance procedure took all of 15 minutes

My experience at May Street Surgi Center went very well; the care I received was excellent—especially from the nurses. My only complaint concerns the receptionists who check in patients; they should be more cordial we the patients, because we arrived with many emotions and vulnerable when visiting such a facility for a medical procedure. The facility itself was very clean, and the nurses were highly professional. My doctor was excellent.

Been here before for endoscopy but this time was colonoscopy too! Thankfully I didn’t have to wait long and nurses were great! I have had the anesthesiologist before he is top-notch. Always. This was the first time I had Dr. Goldberg and he was very pleasant. Procedure was much easier than the prep!!!!! HA!

I had a wonderful experience with all the staff especially Bethany who prepared me for my procedure. Very helpful and experienced. I was also greeted by Maureen and other staff. Dr Webber was excellent and made me feel safe. The anesthesiologist was able to take care of the anesthesia for procedure. Highly recommend them for all patients. Thank you all !

I found the front office team to be impersonal on the border of being rude. There was a sign posted on the bathroom door saying that the bathroom was for patients only and to see the front staff before using. Unlike others, I asked at the front of if I could use the bathroom. I was questioned by the receptionist if I was a patient (even after just filling out my paperwork and the fact that he had my insurance card and license), then preceded to look through the forms on her desk to confirm that I WAS a patient!
