Wasn't appropriate for my needs. The receptionist hung up on me . I had to call 3 times

Filled with incompetent imbeciles who don't properly know how to treat an individual. Instead , they use a cookie cutter method based on their standardized agenda to fit their needs. In my case, I was repeatedly labeled as "transgender" despite never identifying as one. They did this without my knowledge & without my permission. I was once told that it was for insurance purposes and that they had to use a specific language but I wasn't ok with this. I also found out all the notes years later . It wasn't anyone's place to label me as something I am not just so they get money from their butchery based sponsors or wherever else. I was born with a condition of intersex nature and I now have to with the consequences of their wrongdoing. Study your medically necessary material and learn your lesson from the mistakes you made to patients' medical records. There wasn't empathy after I called and complained about it. It seems they only care if the person is trans because after I clarified… myself about this mess they created (because it ended up in other places they referred me to) they didn't fix it. Just because someone needs a treatment or a procedure that are commonly utilized by transgender people, it doesn't make the person in need trans. It's not yours or anyone's place to identify a person as anything. Same with the "assigned at whatever sex at birth" that I was equally sick of hearing at this place because even that term alone made you assume additional wrong things about me. When a person is born like me, it shouldn't be assigned as anything and let the baby be.I am a male who was born with a birth defect and I l never "transitioned" to anything. Their ignorance was beyond my tolerance level. For your information, I look the same way I did before. So stop labeling people as "trans" anything from the get go. So much for being "open minded" in your vast communities when your thinking is as black and white it gets, no different than your cis-het counterparts. I wholeheartedly wish this place ceases to exist. Peter Mazzoni would be ashamed of you all.
