Filled with incompetent imbeciles who don't properly know how to treat an individual. Instead , they use a cookie cutter method based on their standardized agenda to fit their needs. In my case, I was repeatedly labeled as "transgender" despite never identifying as one. They did this without my knowledge without my permission. It wasn't anyone's place to label me as something I am not just so they get money from it from their butchery based sponsors or whatever. I was born with a condition of intersex nature and I now have to with the consequences of their wrongdoing. Study your stuff and learn your lesson from the mistakes you made to patients' medical records. Just because someone needs a treatment or a procedure that are commonly utilized by transgender people, it doesn't make the person in need trans. It's not your place to identify a person as anything.I am a male who was born with a birth defect and I l never "transitioned" to anything. I look the same way I did before. Stop… labeling people. So much for being "open minded" .

They did more harm than good to my overall health. Despite them being a "LGBTQ+ place, they werent open minded enough that they lumped me in a category I didn't belong to. I regret going there because of the damages (physical and mental) done to me.
