I have been a patient of this practice for over a decade. However, I will not be returning after my recent interaction with Annette. I am stuck with a bill because they scheduled me 2 days too early for the service. Annette does not care. She can't even figure out what the charge is for. She just repeats: the patient is responsible for understanding their insurance. Quite an insulting comment to assume I don't know my insurance. She is unable/unwilling to answer any questions and just refers to calling the insurance directly. She could not even keep a promise to call back. This is not the same dental office I'm used to. They were always careful about scheduling around insurance. They were always trustworthy. Not anymore.
