Set an appt, arrived to the scheduled day and time. Because I did not confirm via text, I was removed. None of the texts said that if I didn't confirm the appt it would be unscheduled, or given to someone else. The customer service/desk staff were unwilling to help fix or remedy the issue. We were going to switch to stay local, but that will not be happening.
