Mosaic is very patient oriented. They are very accommodating, helpful and extremely considerate of people's needs. The patient feels cared for. The interior of the facility is very clean, well lit and no more than two patients in a room. Most of the time, only one person to a room. However, there are no TV's in the rooms, so that can be a drawback if you have a long infusion. Also, watching a disabled person trying to enter the building appeared to be a struggle. The sidewalk to enter the facility may be a challenge to some with mobility issues as it is somewhat steep.
