Mri Imaging Specialist

The front desk and the technician were amazing. I was told to go to the back desk and wait for my cd to be made. The girl sitting at the back desk said they were to busy to make a cd. I declined getting it mail 3 times and stated I was happy to wait. The girl refused and when I sat down to wait I was told "a cd will not be made today". My test was on 10/13/23. I emailed the contact me on the website on 10/20/23 to ask about the cd. I still have not gotten a response. Then called on 10/27/23 and was told a cd was never made and the receptionist said she would personally make sure it was made mailed due to my upcoming surgery appointment. On 11/1/23 I called to see if I could have the tracking information. I was told it the was NOT made or mailed. I guess I now have to get a new CT done somewhere else. Do NOT waste your time or money!!
