Do not go to this doctor office! I had an awful experience at Neurological Medicine PA. Despite arriving early and having all my paperwork submitted in advance, I was turned away because of a minor insurance clerical error. The front office staff, especially Jennifer, showed zero willingness to help resolve the issue. They could have easily called the insurance company, which I later did myself, and the problem was fixed in minutes. When I mentioned I was in pain, Jennifer told me to go to the emergency room rather than offering any real assistance or compassion. Their lack of professionalism and basic customer service is appalling. I ended up leaving without being seen after taking time off work. Save yourself the trouble and find a more compassionate and professional medical office. This place does not deserve your trust or your time.
