New Medical Health Care

This Company is TERRIBLE! They have been through 4 administrators in the last 5 years. Managers have quit because the owners never let them make any changes. Employees are always unhappy and crying at work. The good employees end up leaving because the worthless employees run the show, there is no management, no rules, no accountability. Then the owner and his wife blindsided everyone with news that they were selling the company to a bigger company. Found out they had been working on this deal for over a year and didn't say anything to employees or management until the deal was done. The new company came in and didn't want anything said to patients or companies about the takeover. Upfront they make it seem like a great place; behind the scenes it is diabolical. Providers and employees dread coming into work every day. Patients are always unhappy about the way they are handled. Avoid this place at all costs.
