This clinic currently has a 2.6 rating and that is generous. If you are looking for quality care, look elsewere. My daughter has been waiting for a referral for approximately 7 weeks now. There is a specific department for referrals where the phone is NEVER answered and call backs are not made. After placing at least 5 calls to them, someone agreed to fax her referral today. She will consequently have to wait even longer to see a specialist. The lack of best practices and resolution to broken processes sacrifices the patient. The staff here has an, I don't care attitude, hence the sign that says “be nice to our employees”. I can see why patients would tend to express their frustration with the front desk. Treat your patients with care, professionalism and genuine concern and it will be reciprocated. To potential new patients, control your own well being and find medical care that is there to serve the patient. "
