North Star Diagnostic Imaging

I went to North Star in flower mound and had a pretty poor experience. I was grabbing a cup of coffee before I sat down, and the door flew open and my name was announced. The woman looked at me and said oh you don't have time for that. I need you to come back now and I said can I just grab the cup and come back and she said no ma'am come with me now so I did. I figured it was just busy. I walked in the room and she said you can set your purse here. Please lay down. Thought it was weird. She didn't ask me if I was wearing any metal since I was having an MRI but I knew I was not so I just obliged. She gave me a pair of headphones and I mentioned it was cold so she said well I'll get you a blanket. So she slapped a blanket on me. And it was kind of smelly. I was like oh that's kind of stinky just joking and she said ma'am we wash it after every use. But obviously was not true because it was laying messed up on a table and it was the only blanket around. She handed me the headphones and… put me into the tube and said here we go. It was so loud it really hurt my ears. I always feel bad ever complaining or saying anything but when I asked, may I please have some earplugs or some thing she sighed loudly and said hold on a minute. I could tell she was annoyed. She handed them to me and then said put the headphones back on when you're done and then she went back into her little area. I've never had such a bad experience there. The woman's name was Shannon. She was older and seemed burnt out. I felt pretty uncomfortable. I didn't sense any empathy coming from her which I could've used because I wasn't expecting the results of my MRI to be good.:(
