I left a review on Yelp. Apparently a person can no longer leave a Google review on the Turnpike Street North Andover office. I had an appointment today with Dr. St. Pierre that was made back in February/March. They have multiple office locations & called to check that it was in Chestnut Green Medical Complex. The male receptionist said he didn't know what that was & asked if i was calling the right business. I told him I was on my way for my appointment with Dr. St. Pierre. He said i did have the right business & was told to say it's across the street from Tripolis. We'll, that would be Chestnut Green Plaza. NOPE! After putting the address in map apps I found it tucked in the back of 2 Merrimack College extension buildings and a mini plaza! I go in & check in with the same receptionist I spoke to on the phone twenty minutes prior. He said Dr. St. Pierre was NOT working today!!! He said they texted me back on March 26th and they texted a landline! No phone call. I've had problems with… this practice in the past, but now I've truly learned my lesson to stay far away from this mill. If you Google reviews on NEDA at their locations other than Turnpike Street, you will see many negative reviews. It's too bad they turned off Google reviews for their Turnpike Street North Andover, MA location.
