PPO patients BEWARE: the staff is incredibly rude (hey, Veronica) and they REFUSE to take you without a referral. That’s right; PPO means no referral needed. They require a referral ANYWAY. Tell everyone you know with POO insurance this office is to be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. And they need a new receptionist. She’s the worst. (Hey, Veronica)
