Northwest Primary Care At Northwest Medical Center

Since this office transitioned to a residency program, the quality of care has declined significantly. I've been coming here for years, but now I can't even do basic things like schedule an appointment through the portal or get my medication refills. On top of that, no one answers the phones, making it even harder to get assistance. It's tough to find a good primary care doctor in Tucson, so I was relieved when I found Dr. Kramp. Unfortunately, I see a new provider every time, and they don't seem to review my medical history. I would recommend avoiding this place.
