Scammed! Called to make an appt for a check up about ongoing issues and to get med refill. Lead to believe I was due for a physical. During physical, provider left for 10 min, wrongly cut my heart meds and sent me to cardiologist when not needed, prescribed 2 meds that interacted badly with other and can't take, failed to prescribe med I did need, forgot flu shot or to prescribe med for arthritis as she said she would. Insurance was denied cause I wasn't due for physical. Told "check up" and "physical" mean the same. Told I should know this medical term . Only agreed to physical if I was due and it wasn't. Told I have to pay $450 and I didn't even get the help I needed. After appt, my health worse than when I went especaily with the added stress of being scammed by a doctors office.
