NYU Langone Medical Associates--Bridgehampton

Horrible attitude especially the Practice Manager who has no business being in healthcare. Extended wait times. There is actually only one doctor there on a regular basis and it is almost impossible to get an appointment with him and when you do you see a PA. The rest aren’t even there more than one day twice a month; it’s false advertising. I was there as a patient due to a scheduling snafu only to get my blood pressure checked and they refused even though I said I felt dizzy and when I had taken my pressure earlier it was sky high.. I ended up going to the closest Urgent care who wanted to send me to the ER because my pressure was so high and advised me to contact my cardiologist immediately as i was in a hypertensive state and that my medication needed to be changed. .The NYU cardiologist didn’t respond to multiple calls and then finally called back at 6:00 when he told me I needed to reschedule another appointment before he would adjust my medication. The amount of stress the… office and that practice.manager caused me was inexcusable and dangerous. . I have now left that doctor and that office.
