The billing dept is a fraud my insurance contract says specifically what they can charge that they will pay When your done with the appt they give you a final bill minus the insurance portion And 2 weeks later you always get an extra bill that said insurance didn't pay what was expected They have done this to me and my wife 3 times but they tell you it's a final bill at the end of the procedure they are a bunch of crooks cooking the books Do not trust them financially or with any of your dental needs

Paige did a great job cleaning. She was gentle!! Dr Brandon is a great dentist and the front desk staff are wonderful too!

You can’t go wrong with any of the doctors. We love them all. And the rest of their staff is caring and professional. As much as I hate going to the dentist, I LOVE OAK MOUNTAIN DENTAL.

The office staff is rude. They lied to me about cost and submitted wrong coding to my dental insurance to get more money out of me. That is called down coding and not legal. When I called to straighten this situation out Pablo at the front desk told me I was rude and refused to let me talk and kept talking to me in a patronizing voice and cutting me off. Do better Oak Mountain. You have a bunch of incompetent rude employees. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
