If you have self respect and self worth AVOID this clinic. Last time I waited for over an hour and I was asked this time to arrive for a procedure at 10:30 am. This time I was undressed for 90 minutes on a table waiting for the physician to start. As an RN and clinic manager this is NO WAY to run a clinic or treat paying patients! I am disgusted that these physicians feel that in any way this is an acceptable way to treat people. I got dressed and left. As I’m sitting in the car ready to leave Dr Caruso comes out and said he was sorry but there’s a high acuity in the area!! WHAT? Like that’s an excuse. This is what you do Dr Caruso, you hire more staff or you don’t take on new patients. Stop chasing $$$ and start doing your job! There are plenty of ways to improve the flow and efficiency of your clinic. I have worked some of the finest surgeons in the world when I managed the Sports Medicine Clinic at Stanford. Every clinic was run efficiently and patients treated with respect! Best… advice to review readers. There are plenty of great urologists, find a well run clinic that treats you well. Remember they are not doing there jobs for free!!
