Ocli Vision

I will briefly tell you the main facts of the relationship of the OCLI Vision medical office represented by Dr. Marta Mckeague and office coordinator Annabelle Magnusson to my 80-year-old mother-in-law who was scheduled for cataract surgery. February 20 meeting at the office of Dr. Martha McKeague. All necessary tests have been done. Office coordinator Annabelle Magnusson discussed all the details with us and scheduled the operation for April 15th. We have prepared all the necessary medical tests and permits. Before the operation, two medications were dripped into the eye during three days. On the day of the operation - April 15, it took two hours (from Staten Island to Queens) to get the operation facility. We arrived on time, waited for the doctor for 50 minutes, but she didn’t come!!! At the front desk we were told that they could not allow us to have an operation, since the medical papers that OCLI Vision sent them were out of date. … My mother-in-law's blood pressure rose and her heart became unwell. When she felt better, it took another 2 hours to get back home. She is still upset and feels humiliated. Until now, we have not received any explanations or apologies about what happened, as if this is a common situation at OLCI Vision.
