Do not come here unless you love being ignored and paying people to not help you. I visited over a month ago for a painful condition and was told they are going to put me in a very expensive medication. Got the follow up and was told it will be another 3 months before I can get the medicine. Fine. Called back to ask about steps to take to reduce the pain and other eye symptoms, the person answering the phone is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever worked with in my life. She refuses to take a message. I have called several times for follow ups will not return my call. Refuses to send me the paperwork I need to get my other medication. I cannot say it enough, this is 100% ONLY the front staff person answering the phone. But I am not getting the help I need because of here and for sure never going to work with a group that will allow such unprofessional behavior to continue.
