Orlando Epilepsy Center

This is by far the absolute worst place you can ever go for help if you have epilepsy. Not only do you not get any help, but if something comes up and you have to call the office all you get is either rude staff or complete ignorance. Try asking for a supervisor and they sit on the phone whispering while pretending that there’s nobody available to help you. I was even told I haven’t been seen for three years when I’ve only lived here for a year. This place is an absolute joke with no help from anyone, even their epilepsy office manager doesn’t return phone calls. I went to this office for help with my epilepsy, not to just get more frustrated and not even actually see a doctor.
