I was a part of this facility for many years. They changed my PC on me twice, without my consent. When I called to have them renew my prescription they advised that my PC was no longer there and that I had to reestablish as a new patient and would have to wait a minimum of 3 months to get back on their schedule. Like Seriously. So I am supposed to just go without my prescriptions because you guys cant keep your PC's there? Very Bad business tactics. I told them that they had an extra chromosome and hung up on them. Wow. 5 years and thats how they treat their patients. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. The best part is they sent me a letter stating they discharged me from their facility!! Like I would ever go back to a place that treats their patients so horribly. I have already been to a much better practice that actually cares about their employees unlike Melissa Sedillo.
