Customer services has gotten intolerable. We recently decided to discontinue our patronage of Oxford Pediatric Dental Associates after nine years due to my declining willingness to accept the abrasive, sarcastic, and demeaning behavior of the Office Manager. It's not that the services are bad once you get in the back to the dentist and hygienists but there are plenty of other options locally that hopefully have made better staffing choices for their front office. My recommendation? Do yourself a favor and make another choice.
