Personally I was surprise to receive what I call a surprise bill from this group after having a surgery at Memorial Hospital. Not only they referred my bill to a collection agency ,they will not acknowledge that the bill was PAID by the insurance even when the insurance send the proof. They will NOT answer e-mails or return calls . Dealing wuth this for TWO YEARS
